Lubricant Delivery Specialist - Insight FS - Darlington, WI

Join us as a Lubricant Delivery Specialist at Insight FS in Darlington, WI. This role involves the efficient delivery of lubrication products, account maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Market and ensure efficient delivery of bulk oil, DEF, and lubricants.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to increase lubricant sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain records of company and customer-owned tanks and equipment.
  4. Communicate effectively regarding inventory management and billing.
  5. Install and maintain customer and company lubricant systems.
  6. Adhere to credit policies and maintain equipment and vehicles in safe condition.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office programs for documentation and reporting.
  8. Assist other departments during peak NH3 delivery season as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of propane systems and relevant skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred and must be maintained.
  • Ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight travel.
  • Participation in required training on company policies and safety procedures.
