Lube Truck / Fuel Truck Technician

Job description

Regency Excavation in Ogden Utah is looking to hire a lube truck/fuel truck technician. This person will perform required fueling, lubrication and preventative maintenance on equipment in the field in a safe and efficient manner.

We specialize in the installation of underground utilities including: sewer, storm drain, culinary water, secondary water, dry utilities, general excavation and site grading. Benefits include paid holidays, overtime pay, health insurance.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and fuel equipment on job sites between Brigham City and North Salt Lake.

Responsible for minor repairs, preventative maintenance, lubrication and fueling of equipment in the field.

Coordinate and communicate needed repairs that are discovered on equipment.

Record keeping of maintenance and work performed.

Operate the fuel/lube truck safely.

Assist in maintenance projects at shop.

Maintain tools required to perform job.

Ensure safe workplace at all times.

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Can operate heavy equipment

Knowledge and familiarity with diesel engines, track hoes, loaders, mini excavators, water trucks

Qualifications:

2 year’s experience with heavy machinery maintenance.
