Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is hiring a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and basic maintenance in a busy shop in Missouri. You will also transport customers when needed, collect parts, and help keep the shop clean and safe.

The role requires a valid driver's license, being 18+, and availability to work five days including Saturdays. Automotive knowledge is helpful, and opportunities for advancement are available within a growing Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner and obeys all traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections following company and state guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Documents vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop area, tires, showroom, and exterior.Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns.
