Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician in Missouri. The role involves oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and basic services, with an emphasis on safety and customer care.

You will drive the company vehicle for parts pickup and maintains the shop environment in a clean, organized state. Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their home or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections following guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by supervisor.
• Documents vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Maintains shop cleanliness in all areas; follows safety procedures.
