Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in automotive general maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
• Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and scan tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own tools.
• Able to service both foreign and domestic vehicles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bending, reaching, and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, wiper blades, and lights.
• Inspect tires and rotate as needed.
• Tire installations and repairs.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and other light mechanical duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Batteries.
• Alignment.
• Conduct fluid flushes (brake, power steering, coolant, etc...).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
