Job Title: Lube & Tire Technician

Sterling West Chrysler GMC in Jennings, LA is seeking Lube & Tire Technicians who take pride in serving Acadiana and being part of a successful family-owned and operated business.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform lube, oil, and filter changes, tire rotations, and installations according to manufacturer specifications.
2. Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnose vehicle problems.
3. Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
4. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
5. Complete mandatory training to stay updated on automotive technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in basic vehicle maintenance preferred; automotive shop experience a plus.
• Coachable, strong communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays.
