Job summary

Lexus of Henderson is seeking a self-motivated Lube Technician to service vehicles with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency. You will work with a team dedicated to delivering top-tier ownership experiences and continuous training while earning competitive hourly pay.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or 2–3 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the United States.

We are seeking self-motivated Lube Technicians who take pride in their performance and ensuring appropriate services are fixed right the first time! Job Responsibilities

• Complete all vehicle inspections thoroughly and accurately document in MPI
• Complete assigned services effectively while ensuring quality and timeliness
• Communicate appropriately with Service Consultants, when needed
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
• Pre-employment drug screen
