Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at our Sidney, OH location. You will learn on-the-job in a collaborative team environment, performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance tasks.

No prior automotive experience is required due to our award-winning training program. We offer a wage of $16 per hour with weekly pay, plus a strong benefits package designed to support your growth, work-life balance, and education

Qualifications

• From day one, hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Schedule flexibility and weekend availability.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids; rotate tires.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers; test batteries.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check; assist with other preventive maintenance tasks.
