Oil Changers Inc. is hiring a Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team in Kentucky. You will receive comprehensive training and work under the guidance of the Manager and Assistant Manager in a garage environment.

We offer full-time employment with a full-benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and a tips/bonus program based on performance. No previous automotive experience is required, but helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to ensure procedures are completed.
• Observe and comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Provide service to customer vehicles and note service details.
• Check and change car fluids and filters.
• Check and adjust tire pressure and provide basic maintenance.
• Explain services and upsell when appropriate.
• Accept payment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
