Job summary

Northgate Ford in Cincinnati is seeking full-time Lube Technicians to join our service team. Start learning on Day 1 with manufacturer-paid training and a clear path for advancement.

You will perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance, lift up to 50 lbs, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, professional shop. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and provide strong references.
• Have or are working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• Lube Tech experience is welcome but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
