Job summary

Findlay Auto Group is seeking an entry-level Technician to perform basic maintenance tasks and learn from veteran technicians in a structured training environment. This role focuses on oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance as the start of a potential career in automotive service.

You will work with a dedicated team, receive hands-on training, and have exposure to a large and growing automotive group committed to customer service and community needs.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
