Job Description:
Daily responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filters, changing grease chassis fittings, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing flushes, adjusting tire pressure, rotating tires, and washing windshields. Perform manual duties in our shop or at different locations, assisting workmen with varied experience levels and working independently as needed.

General Requirements:

  • Practice safety rules.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Use hand & power tools safely.
  • Report to and assist your supervisor.
  • Ensure work quality per project specifications.
  • Manage tools and materials responsibly at shift end.
  • Work well as part of a team.

Functional Requirements:

  • Change vehicle oil.
  • Check transmission fluid levels.
  • Inspect belts and filters.
  • Inspect engines for leaks.
  • Check air levels and gauges.
  • Install batteries, wiper blades, and air filters.
  • Carry tools and materials as needed.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, depending on mechanic level.
