Qualifications

Primary duties:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Replace oil and air filters
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed
• Examine vehicles to determine necessary safety or service work
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and events
• Comply with relevant regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, etc.)
• Operate tools and equipment safely, wearing appropriate safety gear
• Keep customer cars clean
• Maintain a neat and clean shop environment

Education and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working on various vehicle types

Additional requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible working hours
