Dartmouth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to join our service team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This full-time position involves inspecting and lubricating vehicles, performing oil changes, and assisting with light mechanical tasks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oil & filter changes.
• Sell lubrication, safety inspection, & related services.
• Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicle, check and mark items on the checklist and present findings.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary.
• Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
• Ensure customers' cars are kept clean.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Other tasks as assigned.
