Job summary

Lithia Nissan of Eugene is seeking an accomplished and motivated Lube Technician to join one of Eugene's top automotive service teams. This on-site role supports a busy shop, reporting to Fixed Operations Manager Jimmy Schaberg and operating in a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Motivated to grow in the automotive industry with us.
• Operate several cars, light trucks and vans, with manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services.
• Inspect and rotate tires.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and shop procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
