Job Description

The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his responsibilities through coordination with the Production Foreman.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform all lubrication services.
2. Perform thorough checks of customer’s car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.
3. Lubricate the entire car while looking for other items which may need repair.
4. Ensure that the customer’s car is kept clean.
5. Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• ASE Certification and/or automotive tech certificate.
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates.
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.

Required:

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
