Job summary
BRAM Auto Group in Hillside, NJ is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to dealership standards. You will document all work, perform road tests, and ensure safety and quality in every service.

Qualifications
- Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and performs work per repair order.
- Performs vehicle maintenance and proper lubrication of suspension systems and moving parts.
- Examines vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required and notifies service advisor.
- Documents all work performed.
- Road-tests vehicles and tests components using diagnostic tools.
- Keeps shop area neat and accounts for dealership-owned tools.
- Follows federal, state and local regulations including hazardous waste disposal.
- Complies with factory and state requirements for certifications.
Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and fixes vehicle issues with efficiency.
- Maintains vehicles according to service schedules.
- Tests and inspects components after service.
- Documents all performed work in the system.
- Operates diagnostic tools to verify repair quality.
