Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Lube Technician maintains a variety of equipment including diesel engines, heavy trucks, pumping equipment, lifting equipment and other oilfield related equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans, lubricates, and performs other routine maintenance work on the fleet.
• Operates and inspects machines or heavy equipment to diagnose defects.
• Examines parts for damage or excessive wear, may assist in repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts.
• Tests mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace necessary units and related parts.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
