Job summary

Lindsay Chevrolet is seeking a Lube Technician to perform lube, oil, filter and multi-point inspections for customer vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and high-quality service while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year as an technician's assistant or apprentice, and a valid driver's license; state inspection license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent recommended but not required.
• One year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
• Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
• Local state inspection license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil, filter and multi-point inspection processes to ensure proper diagnoses.
• Assess any supplemental vehicle needs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Achieve customer service satisfaction through prompt and accurate service and communication.
• Maintain maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
• Notify management of any substandard processes, parts or procedures.
• Operate with integrity and set an example of professionalism.
• Perform all job duties requested by management.
• Maintain a safe environment and move vehicles as needed.
