Job summary

Poway Honda is seeking a Lube Technician to lubricate vehicles quickly and thoroughly while coordinating with the Production Foreman. You will inspect basic systems and ensure lifts and equipment function properly.

We offer a team-oriented environment, strong training opportunities, and competitive compensation. The role is full-time with Monday–Saturday availability and Sundays off, in Poway, CA, with benefits including medical options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test).
• ASE Certification or trade school certification preferred.
• Honda/Acura or multi-brand experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate vehicles thoroughly and efficiently.
• Operate lubrication equipment and maintain lifts.
• Review repair orders with Service Advisor and proceed to service lift.
• Keep customer’s car clean and presentable.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents immediately.
