Job Description

The Lube Tech will be responsible for lubricating cars efficiently and thoroughly, coordinating with the Production Foreman to ensure quality service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform lubrication services on vehicles.
2. Conduct comprehensive checks of customer vehicles (battery, lights, tires), and refer any needed repairs or preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
3. Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment properly.
4. Receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to the service lift.
5. Lubricate the entire vehicle, inspecting for other repair needs.
6. Maintain the cleanliness of the customer's vehicle during service.
7. Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working condition.
8. Use appropriate amounts of materials and supplies, avoiding excess.
9. Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately to a supervisor.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• ASE Certification and/or trade school certification.
• Experience with Subaru or multiple brands.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates.
• Respectful attitude toward teammates and a positive outlook.

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
