Job summary

Auto Tech Plaza in Colorado Springs is seeking a General Service/Lube Technician to join our ASE-certified team. This full-time role provides hands-on automotive maintenance including oil changes, tire work, brake changes, and fluid changes, with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

We offer a starting pay of $25.00 per hour based on experience, a $500 signing bonus paid in two installments after 6 months, health insurance, and opportunities for growth within the shop.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in automotive maintenance.
• Must have basic hand tools for the role.

Responsibilities

• Performing general lube oil filter changes to ensure smooth engine performance.
• Mounting and balancing tires for optimal traction and performance.
• Conducting full brake changes to enhance braking efficiency.
• Performing fluid changes to maintain vehicle systems.
• Assisting with customer rides, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Participating in general shop cleaning for a safe and organized workspace.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $25.00 per hour based on experience and ability.
