Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers following procedures and standards.
• Assist customers in preventive maintenance needs.
• Drain oil and replace filters.
• Check and replace automotive fluids as directed.
• Enter service information and communicate with customers.
• Follow all safety and shop policies.
