Lexus of Chandler, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Hourly Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to high standards while providing clear communication with Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• 1–2 years of related automotive experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Automotive trade school experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have world-class service experience at every step during ownership, especially in vehicle repairs.
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain vehicles to factory/dealership standards.
• Clearly communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
• Comply with manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow federal, state, and local safety regulations in the shop.
