Job summary

Lexus of Chandler, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Hourly Technician to perform repairs and maintenance in line with factory and dealership specifications. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have 1–2 years of related experience or training, and demonstrate safe tool handling. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment; dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work according to factory and dealership specifications.
• Follow time standards and ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers.
