Schicker Ford of St. Louis Quick Lane is in immediate need of one motivated, enthusiastic, Automotive Quick Lane/Lube Technician. Automotive Quick Lane/ Technician Responsibilities:

  • Quick Service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Perform Multi-Point Inspection of Vehicle Including: Filters, Wipers, Battery, Brakes, Belts, Tires, Hoses, Bulbs, Fluid Top Off, Etc.

  • Check Tire Pressure and Add Air As Needed

  • Tire Rotation and Patch/Plug Repairs

  • Mounting and Balancing Tires

  • Inspect and Install Batteries

  • Fluid and Filter Services

  • Bulbs and Wipers

  • Brake Inspection and Replacement Service

  • Alignments

  • Perform Light Line Maintenance/Repair For Belts, Brakes, Hoses, Etc.

  • Keep Shop Area Neat and Clean, and Account for tools

  • Oil and Filter Changes

  • Perform State Safety and Emissions Inspections

Quick Lane/ Lube Technician Qualifications:

  • Prompt, Efficient and Productive Work Manner

  • Positive Attitude, Good Work Ethic and Works Well As Part Of A Team

  • Energetic and Focused on Maintaining a High Level of Customer Service

  • Working Knowledge of Automotive Shop Equipment

  • Drug Free Workplace

  • Positive Work Ethic

  • Self Starter

  • Transportation

  • Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Seeking Advancement in an Automotive Career
