DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring an Lube Technician!

As a Lube Technician (entry level), you are responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles. This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than when brought in.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent prior work or school attendance.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Apprenticeship experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background).
