DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a Lube Technician!

*We Provide Paid Training - No Tools Needed*

As an entry-level Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks. This role requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to efficiently handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

  1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing
  2. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
  3. Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
  4. Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
  5. Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received
  6. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools
  7. Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Automotive technical school certifications preferred but not required
  2. Excellent prior work or school attendance
  3. A positive attitude and team player
  4. At least eighteen years of age
  5. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  6. Basic tools
  7. Pass pre-employment screening (background)
