Job summary

Cable Dahmer Cadillac is seeking a motivated Lube/Quick Service Technician to join our service team. This full-time role covers routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations, plus assisting senior technicians in diagnostics and repairs.

You will learn on the job in a fast-paced, dealer environment, with opportunities for training and advancement into more senior technician roles. A valid driver's license is required; Saturday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive service, lube, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and tools helpful.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repair tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay and follow safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed
• Track work orders and update service records in our systems
• Learn and grow into additional responsibilities and advanced technician roles

Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour

Full Time | Some Saturday Availability Required
