You will inspect vehicles, communicate findings to service advisors, and maintain a clean, safe work area while delivering friendly customer service. Crestview offers training for advancement and a signing bonus for qualified technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in service department preferred.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
• Assist with other basic preventative maintenance services as needed.
• Perform multi-point inspection and test components to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose issues, recommend services, and support repair processes.
• Drive vehicle for testing and operate diagnostic tools as needed.
• Inspect fluid levels and tire pressures; replace tires when necessary.
• Complete pre-delivery inspection on new cars and replace filters.
