Join Our Team as a Lube Technician - 8341 at FullSpeed Automotive

We are seeking entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians eager to learn and grow with us. This role involves acquiring skills to perform vehicle services safely and effectively, contributing to our team’s success. You will be trained in our company's methods for career growth while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle maintenance, including replacing filters, light bulbs, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting fluid levels, testing and replacing batteries, washing windshields, and tire pressure adjustments.
• Conduct visual safety checks and fluid leak inspections.
• Follow industry safety guidelines and maintain proper grooming standards (uniform shirts, jacket, and belt provided).
• Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment.
• Complete general shop maintenance, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License
• Good verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools
• Self-accountability, teamwork, willingness to learn

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Stand, bend, walk, and communicate regularly; lift/move up to 40 pounds.
