Join to apply for the Lube Technician-0803 role at FullSpeed Automotive.

We are seeking entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians eager to learn and grow with us. This role involves acquiring skills to perform vehicle services safely and properly, contributing to our team’s success. Training will be provided in the company's methods for career development while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general vehicle maintenance such as replacing filters, light bulbs, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting fluid levels, testing and replacing batteries, washing windshields, and adjusting tire pressure.
• Conducting visual safety checks and fluid leak inspections.
• Following safety guidelines, maintaining punctuality, and keeping accurate records.
• Performing basic shop maintenance and cleaning.
• Supporting a respectful workplace environment and adhering to grooming and uniform standards (uniform shirts, jacket, and belt are provided).
• Completing required training, attending team meetings, and performing general maintenance tasks including cleaning, lawn mowing, litter removal, and snow/ice clearance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills.
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
• Self-accountability, teamwork, willingness to learn.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Regularly standing, bending, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Frequently lifting/moving up to 40 pounds.
• Working in a loud environment and exposed to weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional duties include running errands and other responsibilities as assigned. This is an entry-level position in management and manufacturing within the motor vehicle industry, based in American Fork, UT, with a salary range of $25.50-$47.50 per hour.
