Job summary

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are seeking a Lube Technician to join our team. You will perform oil and filter changes, check fluid levels, tires, and complete Multi-Point Inspections to keep vehicles safe.

The position is hourly or flat-rate with a signing bonus, and we guarantee an opportunity to grow within the company through hands-on training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Drug testing required.

POSITION

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire a Lube technician. Job duties include:

• Perform oil & filter changes, along with basic car maintenance.
• Check fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Perform Multi-Point Inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

The position is hourly or flat-rate, with Signing Bonus available. We guarantee an opportunity to grow within the company!

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must be 18, with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, able to work flexible hours, have the ability to multi-task, have strong customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Drug testing required.
