Job summary

Knight Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and basic inspections across a variety of vehicles while upholding our core values of accountability and teamwork.

We provide training for entry-level candidates, a supportive family-oriented culture, and growth opportunities within our expanding family-owned group.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic automotive maintenance or willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required or training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance on a range of vehicles.
• Check and top off fluids; inspect belts, hoses, brakes and other components.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and tools.
• Follow all safety and manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
• Communicate service recommendations or concerns to Service Advisors or management.
• Assist in keeping customer vehicles and dealership property clean and professional.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
