Job summary

Watermark Auto Group is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform preventative maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic inspections to keep vehicles safe and reliable for customers.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and customer service as you work with the service team to support efficient maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• 1 year automotive maintenance or repair experience preferred but not required.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Apply lubricants to moving parts of vehicle engines to prevent premature wear and optimize performance.
• Lubricate wheel bearings to extend tire life and reduce wear.
• Perform engine cleanings to help prevent rust and corrosion.
• Replace cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
• Rotate tires to ensure even tread wear.
• Test tire pressure and adjust as needed.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for oil leaks and other potential issues.
• Provide recommendations for additional services based on inspection results.
• Notify the Service Advisor if maintenance cannot be completed within the scheduled time frame.
