Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, tire pressure adjustments, and basic inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for visible concerns and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
• Follow established service procedures and safety standards to ensure quality work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use tools and equipment properly and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Provide courteous support to customers and team members throughout the service process.
• Complete service records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with other general shop duties as needed.

Pay

The Lube Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
