Responsibilities

• Test systems and components to ensure security and proper functioning.
• Isolate potential issues within systems or components.
• Drive vehicles for testing, inspecting, and refilling fluids as needed.
• Check tire pressure, clean, and lubricate fittings.
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters, and communicate oil levels with teammates.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Preemptively repair or replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns.
• Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automobiles and quick diagnostic skills.
• Effective analytical and communication skills, with a desire to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification or technical degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a service department.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
