Job description

Lube Technician : The Lube Technician is responsible for all fluid services including oil changes, transmission, differential, cooling system maintenance, and additional services (e.g., wiper blades, air filters, etc.). The role involves communicating with customers to educate them on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include courtesy services, tire repair, and replacement services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Performing preventive maintenance on fluid service equipment
2. Explaining programs, services, and pricing to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues
3. Attending training sessions relevant to the career path and position requirements
4. Following safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of hazards or equipment repairs

Requirements :

• Clean and neat appearance
• Valid state driver's license
