Lithia & Driveway Camp Chevrolet is seeking entry-level Lube Technicians to join our busy service team in Spokane, WA. This onsite role supports dealership operations with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience as a lube technician or completion of an accredited automotive program.
• Comfort operating cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Comfort navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Willingness to participate in professional development opportunities.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs.
• Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Align with company programs and benchmarks.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of Camp Chevrolet.
• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., oil changes and filter replacements.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.
• Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work.
