Job summary

Accelerated Fleet Services seeks a Lube Technician to join our team. No prior technical experience required; training provided. You will assist with routine preventative maintenance for fleet vehicles in a clean, safe shop environment.

We offer competitive pay ($15-$20/hr) with performance-based incentives, full-time and part-time schedules, benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. No overnight shifts; uniforms and PPE supplied.

No technical experience necessary! We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. But, if you do have related experience, bring it! Our Teams make us who we are, and we are always ready to welcome quality people to join our Team.

• A great attitude, excellent customer service, reliability, and stable work history.
• Basic interest in mechanical work / or enjoy working with your hands.
• Desire to help provide preventative maintenance solutions to customers in the transportation industry, in a clean, safe, efficient, and fun environment.
• Ability to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, tools, and inventory to provide a safe and clean environment for both Customers and Teammates.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Competitive Pay based on your experience.
• Eligible for performance-based incentives in the first full month and thereafter. (This can add the equivalent to $3 per hour to your hourly rate!)
