Job summary

Lithia Motors’ Lexus of Sacramento is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services and multipoint inspections in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

You will support technicians and advisors, keep repair orders accurate, maintain a safe work area, and follow manufacturer guidelines while advancing your automotive career with paid training and a strong benefits package. Open availability incl. evenings/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior lube technician experience in a dealership setting.
• Familiarity with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multipoint inspections.
• Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles and communicate findings to service team members.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support technicians and advisors in delivering a smooth service experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to efficient vehicle flow through the service department.
