Job summary

Route 44 Toyota is seeking Quick Lube Technicians in Raynham, MA to grow their careers in a fast-paced Toyota service shop. The role targets individuals who recently completed tech school or are seeking progression within automotive retail.

We offer hourly pay of $20.00–$23.00 plus production bonuses, factory training, mentorship, uniforms, and a range of insurance options. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a lube technician.
• Current and valid Driver’s License.
• Submit to background test.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Recommends services based on findings from thorough inspection
• Inspects fluid levels
• Checks tires and tire air pressure; replaces tires as needed
• Performs wheel alignment
• Executes fluid flushes
• Completes pre-delivery inspection on new cars
• Replaces oil and air filters
