Job summary

Speedy Lube LLC is seeking a motivated Lube Technician in Lake Elsinore, CA to perform oil and filter changes and assist with maintenance. You will inspect fluids, tires, belts, and other components, and communicate inspection findings to customers while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, can work in a fast-paced environment, and strive for quality workmanship. Valid driver's license required; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Inspect and top off fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and belts.
• Lubricate chassis components and perform basic preventative maintenance services.
• Communicate vehicle inspection findings and recommend additional services to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in compliance with shop standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet service time goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models

• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and belts
• Lubricate chassis components and perform basic preventative maintenance services

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
