Lube Technician Requirements

No technical experience necessary! We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. If you have related experience, bring it! We value quality people to join our team.

• A great attitude, excellent customer service, reliability, and a stable work history.
• Basic interest in mechanical work or enjoy working with your hands.
• Desire to help provide preventative maintenance solutions in a clean, safe, efficient, and fun environment.
• Ability to help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Performance-based incentives starting from the first full month, potentially adding up to $3/hour.
