Job summary

Katy Honda is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance on vehicles onsite in Katy, TX. You'll inspect engines, transmissions, and brakes, replace filters and plugs, and help keep work areas clean and safe.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE or related certification or education. Lithia’s Total Rewards include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, 401(k), and employee purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a lube technician or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• ASE certification or related education, or equivalent experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with engines, transmissions, and brakes.
• Replace air filters, spark plugs, and other components as needed.
• Conduct safety inspections and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety standards.
