North Florida Lincoln is seeking a Ford/Lincoln Quick Lane Technician to perform high-quality express maintenance and light repairs in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will handle oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid flushes, and basic vehicle inspections with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections and maintenance service.
• Advise service consultant of additional work.
• Service grease fittings, joints, and steering components with appropriate tools.
• Inspect fluid levels and tires, and balance/rotate tires.
• Replace oil/air filters and drain/refill oil as required.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.

SUMMARY

The Ford/Lincoln Quick Lane Technician is responsible for performing high-quality, high-efficiency routine automotive maintenance and light repairs. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role focuses on express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid flushes, and basic vehicle inspections. Compensation is based on a flat-rate pay structure, rewarding speed, accuracy, and productivity while maintaining strict adherence to safety and dealership quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Performmulti-point inspections
• Advises service consultant of additional work
• Service grease fittings, universal joints and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed air powered grease gun
• Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axlehousings, and shackles
• Check air pressure of tires
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oilAdd water to radiator and battery
• Replace oil and air filters
• Balance and rotate tires
• Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
• Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
