Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group in Franklin, WI is hiring full-time Lube Technicians to support our growing service department. Under the Service Manager, you will perform oil changes, fluid tops, tire pressure checks, filter replacements, and keep the shop organized and safe.

No prior experience required; we offer continuous training and development, benefits, 401k match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement in a long-standing family-owned company.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but valid driver's license.

Due to the high volume of work coming into our shop we are looking to build Lube Technicians into full-time Service Technicians. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Lube Tech will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Perform engine oil and filter changes
• Inspect and top off automotive fluids
• Adjust tire pressure
• Replace filters and windshield wipers
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on shop floor
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floor
• Follow all safety guidelines at all times

Requirements
