Job summary

Schlossmann Auto Group in Milwaukee is seeking entry level Lube Technicians to support our expanding operations. This position offers full and part-time roles with a five-day work week and no Sundays. You'll be part of a high-volume shop with ample opportunities for growth, mentorship from experienced Service Advisors, and the latest technology at your fingertips.

Ideal candidates will possess a valid driver's license, effective communication skills, and time management abilities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health options, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Manage one’s own time and that of others.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on the customer's perspective.

One of the largest service lanes in Milwaukee is looking for entry level Lube Technicians (full and part-time) to support our growth. We have 40 service bays and a 15 car drive-thru. We've invested a TON in our state-of-the-art equipment; tire tread checks and front end alignment machines.
