Summary

Performs vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned, following dealer and factory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from the Service Advisor and take to the stall area.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Tag, save, and turn in parts, especially for warranty or customer requests.
• Inform the service advisor of any additional work needed or issues preventing completion.
• Document all work performed.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs address the customer’s concerns.
• Perform quality checks on work done.
• Attend training classes and stay updated with factory bulletins.
• Keep customer vehicles clean.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies.
• Comply with all relevant regulations governing repair work.
