Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities for diagnosing issues.
• Able to be on foot for extended periods.
• Previous automotive background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing operating errors and determining fixes.
• Reading comprehension of work-related documents.
• Writing and communicating effectively with teammates.
• Communicating with the customer’s needs to fix issues promptly.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status and changes.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired, cleaned, and returned with no unintended changes to features.

Job Summary: Lube Technician (Express Technicians) are in charge of vehicle maintenance and small repairs. They should be able to read, write, and communicate problem solving ideas to be successful in this position.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.


• Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks


• Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling


• Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customer’s needs in a timely manner.


• Give recommendations based on what the customer needs


• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes


• Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.
